Focus: CHINA

With 1.3 billion people, China is experiencing tremendous growth. Estimates are that it could surpass the United States as the world's largest economy within the next 20 years. There has been a lot of local and national businesses showing interest to establish their presence in China. Some local companies already established are General Motors, Ford, Compuware, Butzel-Long law firm.

Wayne County and Oakland county will have offices by 2006. Many other businesses have made visits to China on trade trips and have already generated millions of dollars in business contracts. Kessler and Company Realty, with offices in Troy and Grosse Pointe Michigan, is opening a division of its international real estate group to service buyers who wish to invest in China real estate. Commercial, residential, and investment grade properties are all available.

Kessler and Company Realty has an associate on staff that speaks, writes, and translates Chinese. We also have identified in China, bi-lingual real estate professionals who will assist us with our clients so that we can service these clients with real estate needs both in the U.S.. and in China.
