Kessler and Company has access to many corporate transferees. Most of these clients are ready to lease for 1-3 years, but many of them eventually are interested in purchasing homes. Remember that Kessler can market your home for lease as well as for sale.

Lease / Option to buy
Many people who take advantage of our residential leasing program do so with the option to buy. This program was developed to serve the property owner who is ready to sell and a tenant who wishes to begin with a lease and have the option to buy at a future date. The price may either be agreed to at the beginning of the lease or be the market price at the time the option is exercised.
